USMC Mecha by Dru-Zod USMC Mecha by Dru-Zod
A 1/48 resin model from Gaso.Line from France. Originally,it was a German Nachtjaeger Wolf. I kept the 106mm recoiless rifle on it,but replaced the 7.92mm MG with a .50 MG.I also replaced the Panther like vision cupola with a vision cupola from a Sherman tank.

I've got an odd question, does this thing have any sort of stats? ie weight, armor thickness, weapons data crew requirements ect?

All I know of stats are,a 106mm recoiless rifle, and originally an MG 42-7.62mm. I replaced that with a .50 M2 MG. The 106 looks to be nagazine fed by the operator. I can't see being crewed by more than one.
The instructions from Gaso.Line did not give any other stats.

Looks good. That 106 looks particuarlly nasty. Good thing it's recoiless. That thing doesn't look like it could handle firing something that large standard style.

It looks like hybrid of Star Wars AT-ST vehicle with parts from US and German tanks.

Oh yeah. The original commander's cupola was molded onto the resin body. I cut and sanded it off,and replaced it with a spare American version.

Yes it is. Gaso.Line from France makes it. In the universe for this, the Western Allies make a seperate peace with the Third Reich. American factories produce them for the Germans, who continue the fight against the USSR.

like the improved, slightly dramatic lighting! :)

Only thing is, with the new lighting, you may have to force the shading more in the crevices and recessed parts of the raised surfaces. you can use a thin, dark wash that settles into the bends and recesses as it dries.

This woulda looked great in a unique digi-cam or any other type of pattern plus weathering (my imagination roams with these cool mechas!)

That base is just screamin for rubble, shattered trees, lichen, destroyed wall, ejected shells...!!

Thanks much for the tips.I did add a wash, but the coating of dust covers it up. :(
